Equilibrium Young Artists (EQ) is based in Paris, France.  EQ is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of the visitors to our website. Our website is a purely a platform to showcase the work and activities of EQ. We have put together this Privacy Policy to provide you with information about how we use personal information and the limited conditions under which we may disclose to others.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it


We have disabled the comments section on this website, so it is not possible to add comments or email addresses to posts.

Google Analytics and Search Console

When someone visits, we use third-party services, Google Search Console and Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to see the number of visitors to various parts of the website and to see how people are finding EQ online. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Mailing Lists

Our website includes the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter. The only information we request is an e-mail address.

For our mailing lists, we use MailChimp, which is entirely GDPR compliant.

It is possible to unsubscribe from our mailing list. This request means that we will delete the email address from MailChimp and no further newsletters will be sent. It is always possible to re-subscribe to the EQ newsletter.

We do not share our mailing lists with any third parties.


When we initiate projects we use a third-party service, Google Drive, to store photos, videos and files. When collaborating on texts and timelines, we use Google Docs and/or Sheets.

Access to your personal information

Under the GDPR, our clients are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold. Clients may contact our digital consultant Catherine Reijans at to request information.

Changes to this privacy notice

This privacy will be reviewed annually to ensure that we are still in line with the GDPR requirements.
