As part of the Equilibrium programme, Barbara regularly invites EQ team members to her rehearsals.
Listening, observing and discussing are all an integral part of EQ mentorship, as well as creating opportunities for the EQ team to make connections in the music world.
In February and March, various EQ team members visited Barbara in Hamburg during the rehearsals for Lulu at Staatsoper Hamburg, and in Paris for the La Voix humaine performances at Opéra national de Paris.
