EQ is very excited to announce the release of Sehnsucht.
The CD will feature EQ Young Artist baritone Raoul Steffani, alongside Barbara whilst Camerata RCO (Chamber ensemble of musicians from the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra) will be conducted by EQ Young Artist Rolf Verbeek.
The CD will include Berg’s Sieben Frühe Lieder (arrangement by Reinbert de Leeuw) and Vier Gesänge Opus. 2 (arrangement by Henk de Vlieger) and Mahler’s 4th Symphony (arrangement for chamber ensemble by Erwin Stein (1921)).
The CD will be released on Alpha Classics and the launch will take place live in Rotterdam in October 2022. More info to follow.
